Kids Corner

The “Kids’ Corner” section of our school newsletter provides the opportunity for the children to showcase their talents or communicate something special. 

This fortnight’s Kids Corner has been written by some of Year 2’s who are discussing “Why GWPS is the best school ever!”

Onalee:

GWPS is the best school ever because you get to learn new things. You even get to have nice, kind and helpful friends.

If you get hurst your kind friends will help you. There’s an oval and the oval is a big place to run and play.

Vinushi:

I think GWPS is the best school firstly, GWPS the teachers are kind and friendly and even the principal is funny, kind and friendly. When we get stuck with our learning they help us.

Secondly we get to learn new things with our learning and we also have school values, learning norma, CAFÉ, SURF, VOICES to help us succeed with our learning.

Dashari:

GWPS is the best school because the teachers make the learning fun for the children. 

The whole school is nice and friendly. The teachers do their best to help us achieve our goals and help us when the learning is hard.

Shayel:

GWPS is the best school because we use the school values of Respect, Integrity, Initiative, Global Empathy. GWPS is sustainable because we reuse and repurpose.

GWPS is a very helpful place that helps people in need.
