Subject Selection Processes for 2024

We are now well underway with the subject selection program for Years 9, 10, 11 and 12 students for 2024. 

Thank you to all the families who attended our Pathways and Subject Selection Webinars over the last two weeks.  These webinars were very well attended. Webinar recordings and slides have been placed on the SEQTA Subject Selection Portal Page. 

Learning Leaders, other leaders and teachers have been visiting classes in designated periods to provide additional information and answer questions in relation to subject choices and pathways. All students have had or will have a one-to-one mentoring session with an assigned subject selection mentor before they submit their selections online through Web Preferences. 

Applications for VCE and VCE VET Accelerated Studies have now closed. Students and parents will soon be advised of the outcome of those applications, via Operoo. Web Preferences, for lodging selections online, has opened for our current Year 10's and 11's and will open on 2 August for our current Year 9's. Web Preferences opens for the Year 8's on 7 August.

Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences

Bookings for the next Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences on Thursday 10 August have open this week and will close on 9 August at 1.00 pm. Information has been sent out via Operoo. The interviews will be conducted remotely with Google Meet and we look forward to meeting with you then.
