Monty First Nations Allies

Monty First Nations Allies is a group of Montmorency Primary School parents and friends who support reconciliation. In light of the upcoming referendum where Australians will be asked to vote in a referendum to enshrine an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice to Parliament, Monty First Nations Allies members have been sourcing information, as well as undertaking training, to enable conversations about the vote. We are offering opportunities to learn more about these proposed changes to the constitution, and the differences these will make to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and our communities. If you are interested in learning more from us, you are welcome to join the Monty First Nations Allies Facebook group, where lots of information is shared. You can also contact the group at montyfirstnationsallies@gmail.com to find out about opportunities to join conversations in small groups at local venues.
