Good luck golfers:

Good luck to Ash, Jackson, Riley T and Riley W who will participate in the Buninyong Golf Club Primary Schools Competition on Monday.  A big thank you is extended to Liz Lucas for supporting and supervising the team on the day!

Woolworths Cricket Blast Primary Schools Cup:

Any student in Grade 3-6 who wishes to take part in the Woolworths Cricket Blast Primary School Cup is invited to register here.  The cost is expected to be $10 (but is dependent on numbers).

Woolworths Cricket Blast School Cups (formerly known as MILO T20 Blast School Cups) gives girls and boys the opportunity to play a round robin style carnival with action packed games of modified cricket in an active and social setting – all on the one day in a gala day format. Every player gets a chance to bat, bowl and field – a real participation focus. It’s an exciting atmosphere, complete with music and dancing just like the Big Bash League.

Woolworths Cricket Blast School Cups are super fun, social, safe and active. Best of all, it's real cricket and it's a blast!

Grade 3/4 will be mixed participation teams and is likely to run on 19 October, 2018.

Grade 5/6 will be a combination of participation and competition teams, girls and boys/mixed teams.  This is likely to run on 13 November, 2018.

Registrations close on 17 August, 2018 at 4pm.

Lunchtime Lawn Bowls:

Any student who is interested in joining in on some fun lawn bowls sessions at lunchtime on Wednesdays in Term 3 (Week 2-7), meet Ms Morris in the gym at lunchtime and we’ll walk across to the Buninyong Bowls Club for some indoor challenges.

Jump Rope for Heart Prizes:

Please be advised that anyone who earned a prize for Jump Rope for Heart in Term 2 will receive them after their relevant assembly either this Friday (P-1) or next (3-6).  An acknowledgement of their efforts will also be made during assembly.

A big thank you to all the families who got involved and helped raise funds for a wonderful cause.

P.E. Shoes:

A reminder as the weather starts to set in that students need to have clean, dry sports shoes for P.E.  We recommend bringing a spare pair to school to ensure maximum participation in class.  To find out when your child has P.E., please check your Compass portal.
