Dear Students, Parents, Guardians and Carers,
Students’ Cycle 1 Progress Reports will be published on Monday 6th March and will be available to view via Compass School Manager. These reports have been created to help students maintain steady progress and identify any areas of their studies that need improving. Families will be able to discuss these reports at the Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences on the 15th and 22nd March with the teachers. Below is a guide to help the Swinburne Community better understand the descriptors in the Cycle 1Progress Reports.
To satisfy the requirements of a Unit 1 or Unit 3 subject, the student must demonstrate engagement with their course of study and the knowledge and skills outlined for each outcome

| Above 85%. | The student has completed all the required coursework by the due date. |

The student has planned to redeem their absences or has completed significant redemption. | The student has submitted the course work, but may have done so after the due date or to a minimum standard. The student has handed in most of the coursework, but not all of it.
|
