SPORTS REPORT

On Thursday 2nd of March, the Dromana College swim team competed for the Southern Peninsula District Swimming Championships.

Dromana had a fantastic team of 60 kids representing the school. It was amazing to see our students showcase their skills and the hard work they have put into the swimming program. Dromana College won the championship for the third year in a row!

On Monday the 27th March, Dromana College competed in the Southern Metropolitan Regional Swimming Championships. The college had qualified with 42 competitors, our largest team to date. Dromana as a college finished in 5th place out of the 60 plus school that make up the Region. Our students should be very proud of their efforts not only for the successful outcome but how they represented the College. I would like to further congratulate Tahni Cronin on winning her 50m breastroke event and qualifying for SSV’s state swimming championships, good luck Tahni!
