UNIFORM ORDERS

Uniform orders can be placed online via the following link https://www.spartanschoolworld.com.au/collections/orchard-grove-primary-school

There is also a link to the the Spartan website on the Compass menu bar under favourites (Star icon).

Orders need to be placed by 4:00pm Wednesdays and they will be filled on Thursday mornings and sent home with students. 

 

LUNCH ORDERS

Lunch orders can be ordered from Miss Peppercorn, and this service is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. 

Please note this is only for lunch orders. You will still need to send snack for your child. You can set up an account or place an order at https://www.misspeppercorn.com.au/school-lunches/ . There is also a link to the Miss Peppercorn website on the Compass menu bar under favourites (Star icon).

To avoid missing lunches, please ensure you receive a message from Miss Peppercorn confirming your order. Attached is a copy of the lunch menu.

 

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL SUPERVISION

All students must be supervised (by a parent/carer or Team Kids) up until 8:45am and after 3:45pm. Any unsupervised child will be placed into the care of Team Kids and the cost borne by parents.

In line with Victorian Government legislation, the school provides staff supervision for students before school between 8:45am and 9am. The school also provides staff supervision for students after school between 3:30pm and 3:45pm.

 

EARLY COLLECTION OF STUDENTS

If you need to collect your child early, please sign them out at the office and then you can collect them from their classrooms. 

If possible, please advise the teacher that your child will be leaving early.

 

MEDICATION PLANS - ANAPHYLAXIS / ASTHMA / ALLERGIES

If you haven't already done so, please send your child's current medication plan and/or medication to the sick bay.

 

SCHOLASTIC BOOK CLUB

Our new Bigger and Better Book Club News gives families access to books in a more engaging and sustainable newspaper format! Book Club continues to offer:

  • A curated selection of great quality, affordable books.
  • regular access to books for the home via your school to build good reading habits.
  • A way to contribute back to your school.

How does it work?

  1. Your child will bring home their Book Club Newspaper from school or you can access the issue online here, ISSUE 1 
  2. Browse the pages with your child and help them choose books that suit their age and interests.
  3. Order online via Book Club LOOP.
  4. The books are delivered back to your child's classroom where the teacher will hand them out to very excited students!

Orders are due by 17th February 2023
