Take some time to read through the JMSS Career News as there is something for everyone in this edition.

Work Experience is well underway with the Year 10 students. We have some Work Experience Placements available at the following places:

  • Monash School of Biomedical Sciences
  • Monash School of Physics and Astronomy

For more information about these placements, including how to apply, students will need to read the emails sent to them.

There will be more work experience placements becoming available at Monash Uni soon. Students will receive emails about these so keep an eye out for that.

Not all students will be fortunate enough to gain a work experience placement through the vacancies we are handling.

Year 10 students need to continue to look for other placements as securing one can be hard. Looking on compass can be a good start. If you need any help with work experience please come and see us in the Careers area.

If you have any questions please feel free to email:

Ms Carter, kirstine.carter@jmss.vic.edu.au or Ms Veldsman (erin.veldsman@jmss.vic.edu.au).

You can also come and see us anytime on the ground floor near the stairs under Flannery House.

Happy Reading!!

Cheers

Ms Carter (Career & VET Manager)

Ms Veldsman (Career Assistant - Tue/Fri)
