Christmas Carols Lip Sync Challenge

As the year races to a close, school life is as busy as ever. In our last week of school work we finished the term in a comedic fashion with the KWS lip sync challenge. This competition between the houses displayed a range of Christmas carols that were performed and filmed by each house. This year’s videos were voted on by the students. Congratulations to Gordon who won this year’s competition!

Thank You Morning Tea

This Friday, although the students are heading home, the grounds, kitchen and cleaning staff continue to work hard. In recognition of the work they have put into the school, especially during lockdown, the SRC and prefects have organised a thank you morning tea for Friday. It is a small thank you for all the work they have done but we hope that the staff enjoy it.

Initiatives for 2021

Next year the new SRC plans to dive straight into action with a number of initiatives already in the works. Our vision for next year is to represent the student body by increasing student voice and focusing on school life. We hope to support all aspects of the school community and to increase our connection to the Orange community by reaching out to other Student Representative Councils within the Orange area. There will also be a target on the school’s environmental sustainability, focusing on getting rid of waste produced by the student body.
