Parish Bulletin
St Mary’s Parish Prayer
God our Father, as we thank you for the blessings, we ask you to bless this Parish of yours, so that we may love you more.
Encircle our families with your loving care.
Help parents to be good examples to their
children and our youth to grow in strength as good Christians.
To the sick grant health, to the aged bring serenity and to those in sorrow, joy.
May we grow stronger in faith and may
our love for one another become deeper
in our daily living.
We make this through the intercession of our Mother Mary. Amen

Effective Monday, 18th January, face masks are no longer required in churches.
New - Liturgical Jottings - The Sign of Peace
[After the Fraction] follows the Rite of Peace, by which the Church entreats peace and unity for herself and for the whole human family, and the faithful express to each other their ecclesial commun-ion and mutual charity before receiving in the Sacrament. The local Conference of Bishops in accordance with the
culture and customs of the peoples establish the manner for the actual sign of peace to be given. However, it is appropriate that each person, in a sober manner, offer the sign of peace to those who are nearest ,cf GIRM 82.
COVID regulations call for a
non-tactile gesture. The Indian form of namaste (palms joined
together with a simple bow) has proved feasible popular and
reverent.
