New Train Timetables start 31 January

Important changes for arrivals and departures at Ballarat and Wendouree Stations

We’re making changes to our busiest metropolitan and regional lines and changing the way passengers move into and around Melbourne, with 450 new metropolitan and regional services each week from Sunday 31 January.

As part of these changes some stations will experience changes to platforms from which peak services depart.

Ballarat Station

From Sunday 31st January, platform 2 will be in use for arrivals and departures. Most Melbourne-bound services will now depart from platform 2.

Wendouree Station

From Sunday 31st January, platform 2 will open for arrivals and departures. All Melbourne-bound services will depart from platform 1, except the 6.55am weekday service, which will depart from platform 2.

Please arrive early at the station and listen for announcements in anticipation that your service may have changed platform.
