Visual & Performing Arts
Throughout this year so far, the students of Greensborough have been getting involved in the Arts in a really positive and productive way. In the Performing Arts we have a few exciting events on the horizon.
On the 23rd of June we will hold the Mid-Year Performing Arts Concert which will see students from the Instrumental Music Program present both solo and ensemble performances including performances from the choir and school band. A reminder that for students in these groups, rehearsals start this week!
Our 2023 production of "We Will Rock You" has also started weekly rehearsals and all of the excitement that surrounds the production has kicked off again. Congratulations to all students who auditioned and have accepted a role in this year’s production. A link will come out soon through Compass for students who want to help out with any behind the scenes jobs in the production so keep an eye out if this interests you.
Within the Visual Arts students have been working away in their classes producing works that you will once again get to view through out Annual Art Show. A date for this show will be confirmed soon and will likely be during the first few weeks of Term 4.

ART CLUB
This years Art Club with Miss Diaz has seen a great turn out with many of the students exploring different art materials each Monday.
The club has also began a Colouring Book project with students designing the front cover and submitting images to be copied and included into the book.
This project will be finished up by the end of term so we encourage all students to contact Miss Diaz to enter.
