Year 7 Football

Well done to the 16 year 7 boys who participated in the Wellington interschool football at the Sale College Ovals on Fri 29th April.

Unfortunately, only Catholic College and Lavalla fielded teams and they both proved far too skilful for an undermanned Maffra team. Regardless the boys tried hard and continued to contest the ball.

Special thanks to both Ronan Hall and Dylan Jones who coached and officiated on the day. It was fantastic to see the positive feedback given to each student and the rapport the year 10’s quickly built with the year 7 boys. Jess Anderson also officiated – thank you!
