National Reconciliation Week

National Reconciliation Week 2022 - Be Brave. Make Change.

Last week we had many events happening around the school to recognise this important week including the library’s display made by our library monitors. We have some great books to learn more about reconciliation and check out our growing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island collection in biographies, non-fiction and fiction.

IDAHOBIT Day And Pride Month

Check out some of the great inclusive books in the library. Students can search LGBTQI in our library catalogue to view and reserve from this collection.

Premiers’ Reading Challenge

It’s great to see our students embrace reading and the Challenge which is on now until 2nd September. We have had many students already complete the challenge and thousands of books read! All students who meet the Challenge will receive a certificate of achievement signed by the Victorian Premier and former Premiers and go into a draw to win prizes. To read the Premier’s letter to parents, view the booklist and for more information, visit www.education.vic.gov.au/prc. Students can contact library staff if they have any questions or issues.
