Students of the Week
Congratulations to the following students who were awarded Student of the week this week and last week.
*Prep A - Kara H - for settling well into Prep A. you are trying your best to do all your work and listen hard. It is great to see you smiling and ready to learn. Keep up the great work Kara and welcome to Echuca Twin Rivers School. It is great to have you in our grade.
Jhye C - for trying hard with all your work and it is great to see you helping others with their learning too. I am very impressed with the way you are using your reading strategies and seeing you read lots of books in the morning. I also like the way you are writing more and having a go at spelling harder words. You are bouncing back quickly now and getting on with the job. Keep up the super effort Jhye.
*Prep B - Aiden T - for having a go at all your work and showing us just what a super duper learner you are. We are so happy to see you getting started straight away and finish all your work so well. You are having a red hot go Aiden and we are so proud of you. Keep up the great effort.
Noah McL - for trying hard with all your work and having a go. it is great to see you show persistence and pushing yourself. it is great to have you join Prep B and see you making lots of friends. Welcome to Echuca Twin Rivers School. We are glad to have you here. Keep trying your personal best.
*1/2A - Sky R - for always putting in your best efforts at school. Since you joined our class during remote learning you have worked really hard in everything you do at school. Your writing is fantastic and I really enjoy reading your stories.
Charli N - for awesome reading. Charli you consistently read at home and this is evident at school. You read confidently and with lots of expression. i enjoy the conversations that we have about the books you are reading.
*1/2B - Grace C - You have shown great engagement in our inquiry unit of sustainability. It was fantastic hearing you explain to the class what it means to leave a light environmental footprint. Keep it up. Well done Grace.
Zaxon P - I have noticed you trying hard with your writing this week. You have been checking for capital letters and full stops. I really enjoyed hearing your alliteration writing about Marcus. Keep up the great work. Well done Zaxon.
*1/2C - Willow M - Willow, you have made a fantastic start to Term 3! I love how you come in each day with your big smile and organise yourself for your learning. I am so proud of how you give every task, your personal best. I have been watching you really concentrate and work hard towards your handwriting goal each morning too. Keep up your fabulous efforts and thank you for being such a wonderful role model for 1/2C!
Chase D - Chase, I am so proud of your handwriting efforts during our morning handwriting sessions. You are coming in, getting started straight away and really focusing and taking your time to practice your handwriting each day. Keep up your super efforts so you keep on improving! Well done.
*3/4 A - Sophia P - You have quickly settled into our 34A classroom and have shown us how confident you are. You have demonstrated each of our school values over the past two weeks. Keep it going!

*3/4B - Nishae T - for an excellent effort with your "Sunday Sandwich" story this week. Nishae you have shown that you can use your imagination in your narrative writing. Keep up the excellent work.
Ayden H - for being a kind and caring student who always works to the best of his ability. We really admire your personal skills of patience and empathy. Keep up the great work.
*3/4C - Alara McL - for the way she has settled in to the routines and procedures at ETRPS. You have displayed your kind nature and positive attitude to your education.
Molly R - for having a stellar start to Term 3. Molly your writing this week has been splendid. The descriptive language and word images you created and used during the Sunday Sandwich story were stellar and really added flare to your writing. Excellent work.
*5/6A - Ben M - for showing such confidence in his learning.
Charlie H - formaking a great start back to Term 3 and taking on challenges with her learning.
*5/6B - Kynan H - for a fantastic start to Term 3 and applying himself so well in the classroom and working hard to improve in his learning.
Dee D - for continuing her hard work at school and striving to always challenge herself. Dee has such a kind and caring nature and will help anyone she can.
*5/6C - Mac S- for his awesome and creative comic he has been writing and illustrating this week.
Chelsea Mc- for her excellent work ethic and respectful nature.
*Art - Ivy S - Ivy showed tremendous dedication and resilience when working on her portrait of Miss Baldwin in Art this week. Although this task has a number of steps, she has worked well on each step and I am so proud of her independence. Keep it up Ivy!
Brodie S - Brodie has worked diligently on his Pete Cromer collage this week. He has drawn a detailed plan of his kangaroo and has been on task consistently. I can't wait to see his finished art work! I'm sure Pete Cromer would be proud too!
*Indonesian/Music - Xander D - It was great to see you learning recorder this week. You were very enthusiastic and played it very well.
Eli D - It was great to see you learning recorder this week. You listened carefully to the instructions and were a great role model for the rest of the grade.
*Sport - Blake L - Thank you for being a great team player! I loved the way you made sure you shared the ball around with your team mates so that everyone was included. Well Done!
Reign G - Thank you for always demonstrating our school values in P.E and health. This week I loved the way you showed sportsmanship when you encouraged your team and congratulated others for their effort. Well done!
