Hello My Fellow Falcons!
Springtime means rain and sunshine, rain and sunshine. Therefore, calming down strategies can be limiting sometimes due to the weather. Origami is a nice way to ease your soul and create mindfulness in any setting. I started an origami club during lunchtime and have seen an exponential amount of change in students that have joined the club. Students have even started doing using this at home. A calming down strategy that doesn’t break the bank, improves fine motor skills, creativity, and overall concentration.
