We Are Stronger Together

I want to appreciate our AFA team for your support this year! We are definitely stronger when we work together, even if we may not always agree. I believe we each bring so many skills and qualities that make us a strong team! We have teammates who have history knowledge of our school from the very first day it opened up as well as teammates who work with both sites and can give us feedback. 

This past week we have had a number of meetings where we have either debriefed an incident or met to brainstorm ideas and I always come out feeling very grateful for the collective knowledge our team brings. I can say with confidence that our teammates have a deep concern for our scholars and ensure our decisions keep their best interests in mind. 

This week let's continue to dive into our work together, with our scholars at the forefront!
