Sleeping in Swags, cleaning up after BIG  animals... 

Hi, this is Loato! Today I am telling you about the Monarto Zoo. First, we left school and stopped along the way to have a wonderful lunch. Then we had a tour around the Zoo. We saw gorgeous animals of Africa, but there was something missing. It was the Elephants! They're what makes Africa, Africa! So that's when we had to clean Eland poo, YUK!

At Monarto Zoo it was exciting and fun, except for the bus. It stunk! When we got there we ate our lunch and then we saw four emus. They were wild but fun. Then we had a tour looking at all the animals like Lions, Eland, Painted Dogs, Cheetahs, Rhino's, Giraffes, and Hyenas. Later in the afternoon we got to shovel Eland poop. The girls got to sleep in an old classroom. The boys slept in the cold shearing shed.
