Level 3 - Term 1 Overview

Dear Parents and Guardians,  

A warm welcome to the 2021 school year! The students have started the year with great enthusiasm and commitment to their learning and we know it will be a wonderful, action packed year. 

We believe that your child’s education is a partnership between both school and home. The more you are involved as a parent, the better your child will learn. It is important that we continue to promote open and honest forms of communication, so we can achieve our aim of providing the best possible learning environment for your child.  

The Level Three Teaching and Learning Team are Miss Christine Marotti (3A), Mrs Alana Essa (3B), Miss Cath Chen (3C), Mr Peter Shen (3D) and Mrs. Gemma Simmons (3E). A very warm Glen Waverley welcome back to Mr Peter Shen. Mrs Anna Hardy will also be working with our team in the area of Targeted Student Learning, which will support some of our Year 3 learners.  

• Hello, I am Miss Marotti, this is my 5th year teaching, I have a dog name named Mish and I enjoy being creative.
• Hello, I am Mrs Essa, I have been teaching for 5 years and my favourite thing to do is cook.
• Hello, I am Miss Chen, this is my 2nd year teaching. I love to read books.
• Hello, I am Mr Shen, this is my 8th year teaching and I love the tennis!
• Hello, I am Mrs Simmons! I have been teaching for 5 years and I love to bake!
• Hello, I am Mrs Hardy, I like the colour purple and I like to dance.
