MPS CARNIVAL 2019- Saturday 9 November

INFORMATION EVENING -

The MPS Fundraising Sub-Committee will be conducting a Carnival Information Night on Thursday 16 May from 6.30pm - 8pm in the IRC.

The purpose of the session will be for parents to put forward ideas for the 2019 stalls, as well as nominating a stall that they would like to run.

We are very open to suggestions for stall themes which celebrate the cultural diversity that MPS has to offer.

During this information session, we will also be recruiting volunteers to help out during the lead up to, as well as on, the actual carnival day.

If you can offer some time to help, even if only for an hour or two, we would love you to attend this session.

Please note that the 2019 MPS carnival will be held on Saturday 9 November from 12pm-8pm.
