HOUSE CROSS COUNTRY CARNIVAL

(Backup Day Wednesday 31st March)
Dear Parents/Guardians,
The Rangeview house cross country carnival is back for another year. The event will be held at school using the outskirts of the school as the course. Students to please remember a drink bottle, if they have asthma to run with their puffer and finally to wear your house colours!
Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions with regard to spacing and capacity, this year we will not be allowing parent spectators at the event.
One new restriction also advises that we must register any event with the potential of 1000 people (including students and staff) 6 weeks prior. This is a new restriction and time has not allowed this for us. However, we are planning future events that may allow this.

| 9.30am – Boys 8/9 years 1250m (2 laps) | 11.40am – Boys 11 years 3000m (5 laps) |
| 9.40am – Girls 8/9 years 1250m (2 laps) | 12.00pm – Boys 12/13 years 3000m (5 laps) |
| 9.55am – Boys 10 years 2000m (3 laps) | 12.20pm – Girls 12/13 years 3000m (5 laps) |
10.10am – Girls 10 years 2000m (3 laps) 10.25am – Girls 11 years 3000m (5 laps) |
Presentation of medals and ribbons will follow at 2.15pm in the hall.
Rain is predicted on the day so please ensure all students have appropriate wet weather gear and change of clothes!
