Calling for Volunteers- Welcome Evening 2022
We will need many parent volunteers to make this a vibrant and successful event.

- Book and coordinate the food trucks - 4 trucks (City of Canning licenced operators)
- Cooking sausages including Halal sausages
- Helping with the Chinese Culture stall, Chinese writing, and lantern making
- Help with the mask decorating stall - mixed cultures
- Origami stall
- Carrom board game - teaching kids and parents the game
- Henna hand painting
- P & C Cake stall
- Pick up and return Light tower trailer hired from Kennards
- Afternoon set up 1:30 pm
- Pack up after 7:30 pm
- 30 minute First Aid roster
- Pakistan Culture Stall - Urdu writing, clothes photo booth (many volunteers already, thank you)
- Photographers x 2
