Library News

The Library has enjoyed welcoming back our student cohorts. From fare welling our year 12 students to reconnecting with our year 7 students, we’ve seen an increase in students attending our Clubs. Clubs are an important part in building and reconnecting social connections and we are welcoming new members, to all the clubs.  Whether you have always wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons, or learn a new series of moves at chess, talk about your favourite manga or fiction series, play a game of Uno there is a club for you at the Library.

We are moving back to the ground floor of the Sheehan building and hope to be established by early 2022. As such we will have to close the Library on the December 1st to begin the process of packing the Library spaces. We ask that all books are returned to the Library on the November 30th. Clubs will be relocated to nearby classrooms for the remaining weeks of term.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Sam Bell and Mr Graeme Forsyth who have been helping in the Library for several months in term 3 and term 4. We will be welcoming our new School Librarian Mrs Loretta Kelly on the November 15th, so please drop by and say Welcome!
