The Year 6 Catholic Identity Team demonstrated a special commitment to DISCIPLESHIP last term in their promotion of the St Vincent di Paul Winter Meals Appeal.  The students were driven in their commitment to serving others by visiting classes across the school and making announcements regarding the need to help others in need this winter, across the Shepparton region. 

Of course, their call was answered with all our amazing families at St Brendan's who once again, ‘rose to the occasion’ and donated hundreds of non perishable foods for this special 

St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal. 

Marina Incletolli, the President of the Shepparton St Vincent de Paul Society, collected the items on the last day of Term 2 and was so grateful to our students and their families for all the generous donations. She was definitely in awe of the amount of items donated and was truly grateful and expressed this to the Catholic Identity Students.

Well done TEAM and THANK YOU to all our generous families who donated items for this year Winter Appeal.

The community spirit at St Brendan’s was truly alive and well in this special project of Social Justice for the marginalised people in our Shepparton Community.

SACRAMETAL STUDENTS

Eucharist Commitment Masses

Congratulations to Didi Kuol who made his Sacraments of Confirmation and First Eucharist on Sunday, 10th July. 

Father Joe administered the Sacraments and it was a lovely service with the congregation treated to chocolates from the Kuol family following the ceremony. 

We give thanks to God for Didi and his wonderful family and may Didi feel the presence of God in all he does.
