How to email/contact your child's teacher:
Enter your compass user name and password. It is important that you use your (parent) password and not your child's.
Once these details are entered, you will see a page that resembles below, although it will have you name in the top section and your child/children's profile, name and photo down the left hand side. Click the 'send email to (child's name) teachers'.

Once you click this, the following will appear.

Your child's teachers will show down the right hand side. You can click on the teacher you require, fill in the email details, then press send at the bottom right of the page.

The email has been sent.
