Alumnae High Tea
Over 100 alumnae joyfully reunited for the Annual High Tea and Mass on Sunday 22 May 2022. The Spirit of Cor Unum was high as alumnae spanned the Class of 2021 to the Class of 1950, an impressive 70 years out of School.
Reunion groups 1952, 1962, 1972, 1977 and 1991 were well represented and had a wonderful catch up with some alumnae not having seen each other since they walked out the School gates.
Our former students loved walking the familiar halls, reliving their memories and seeing the latest learning spaces in the new Sophie Centre. Ann Koenig (Kelly 1956) commented:
Many thanks for your assistance - we had a very enjoyable day particularly with the Blue Ribbons who showed us around and caused us many a laugh as they asked questions like "Where was the gym when you were here?" No such thing as a gym in 1953 when I went to Sacré Cœur.
Family Connections
It is such a delight when family generations are able to gather together at Sacré Cœur. The High Tea provided many families this opportunity.
Kelly Sisters
The four Kelly sisters reunited at the High Tea. Ann travelled from Queensland for the catch up.
