Year 7/8 Food Technology
This term the Years 7/8 Food Technology students have prepared a range of healthy takeaway dishes including spring rolls and sausage rolls. They learnt the crumbing technique and prepared chicken nuggets and potato wedges. Students also prepared a delicious healthy hamburger and followed the design process to create their own burger.
For the final lesson of Semester 1 the students have elected to make some sweet dishes.
Please remind your child to bring a container to class so that they can bring some treats home to share.
