“BE U NOT A BULLY” FORUM for Parents and Teens

Endorsed by Elizabeth Miller MP, Member for Bentleigh, these high profile panellists will share their personal stories experiences and journeys around bullying and cyber bulling via a positive, real and proactive discussion.  The forum will let young people know that they are not alone and that there are people to talk to and reach out to for support – most importantly their friends, family and local community.  The panellists include Daniel Jackson, Richmond Football Club, Melina Bagnato, My Kitchen Rules 2013, John Caldwell, 2014 Victorian of the Year.  

 

Date:  Wednesday 18 June at 6:00pm for 6:30pm start – 8:15pm

HONEY FESTIVAL

The Rotary Club of Caulfield Inc is presenting a Honey Festival on Saturday 5 July at Koornang Uniting Church, 115 Murrumbeena Road, Murrumbeena between 10am and 3pm.  

 

A variety of events taking place such as honey tasting, natural beekeeping display, sale of bee-friendly plants, photographic competition, gardening advice and variety of stalls with bee/honey focus.  Primary school’s diorama bee displays, secondary students’ baked goods competition, activity centre, book readings, face painting, treasure hunt and more!
