SENIOR BOYS VOLLEYBALL TEAM

On Friday 23 May the McKinnon Senior Boys Volleyball Team played in the State Volleyball Finals.  The finals were played between the last eight teams standing in the SSSA competition. The competition started at the beginning of the year with over 400 teams entered.

After a day of healthy competition the boys finished in second position after losing the Grand Final (20-22, 19-21) to a strong opponent from Eltham Secondary College.  The team lead by captains Darcy Taig and Ross Sandler played with great determination and resilience to bring success to our McKinnon community.
