Year 10 Photography Term 2 2020

Each week his term in Year 10 Photography students have been challenged to take photos exploring different art elements and specific themes. Over the course of the term they have honed their camera and photo editing skills and have been looking at the small world in which they are confined in all new ways. Their clever, creative and thought-provoking work has shown that despite the lock down, their imaginations cannot be caged.

Sea Creatures and Texture

Unique artworks by 7G students Alysha, Trent and Chloe. The theme students were exploring at the end of Term 2 was Sea Creatures and Texture. Students were required to explore their surroundings at home where they created Frottage or Rubbings of the environment both natural and man-made. Students created a collage using their found materials. All students were able to create some beautiful artworks as featured here. Although we are missing the art classrooms at Koonung we are still seeing some creativity in Term 3 lock down and the Art domain would like to congratulate all students undertaking Art subjects for their flexibility, curiosity and creativity throughout remote learning.
