Hi Newlands,

What a great two weeks we have had, minus the lockdown. Students across the school have been working hard and this week I will start by congratulating the Prep and Year 1 students for their amazing acting! There was out of this world mime and acting in different environments. Many students used their incredible imaginations and transported me to places that I had forgotten about. Such as the airport, the beach and I even got to visit a mysterious cave....!?

But today I am highlighting the fun that the Year 4/5/6's and 2/3's had with their radio stories about their heroes. What types of adventures did they come up with? Well take some time out this afternoon and listen in to "The Episode One Series", a collection of very creative and funny storytellers from Newlands.
