CYBER SAFETY

Congratulations to ALL our students as they continue with Home learning and becoming more proficient with the use of devices.  With the increase in our Google Meets, we are noticing students more capable and confident in joining the different Meets, muting and unmuting themselves, asking or answering questions, changing the layout to spotlight, presenting their own work and problem solving to fix issues that may arise.  It is has been great to hear that if teachers have had internet interruptions  during Meets that students have continued working on their tasks or communicated appropriately until the teacher is back connected.  Our teachers do have a buddy to ring if this does happen for a prolonged time.

If at anytime that an issue does arise with your device or use of online class program and you can't solve it, email Mrs Wakeling and she will endeavour to solve it with the help of Vu, our school technician!

An upcoming Parent Webinar on Thursday 3rd September at 7.30pm that features three Cyber safety  experts that we have had present to us annually since 2018 have joined forces to present an informative and empowering webinar for parents on how you can be more cyber safety aware and alert.  These experts have teamed up to present with all ticket proceeds going towards Kids Help Line.  Please read the following flyer and support this cause.
