Sea Change/Tree Change National Digital Campaign

Ensure that you're taking advantage of our ongoing national social media campaign, Sea Change/Tree Change. This campaign gives you the opportunity to generate more listings as a result of Australians increasingly moving towards regional living. For further information on how you can use it to leverage your business, head to FN Central or speak to your BGM.

Over the last eleven weeks, the national campaign has generated over 750,000 impressions across social media.

Additional Exposure

We've also been getting some great exposure on Twitter, courtesy of 5AA.

CEO Ray Ellis was recently interviewed by Sky News' Chris Kenny regarding the impact of stage 4 COVID-19 restrictions on the real estate industry in metropolitan Melbourne. Ray's commentary, alongside our campaign for private appointments and advocacy from the Real Estate Institute of Victoria,  was instrumental in the Andrews Government's announcement pertaining to the inclustion of private inspections under the second step of metropolitan Melbourne's roadmap to recovery.

CEO Ray Ellis also provided commentary to Brooke Corte of Money News early last month, as our network chief gave insight as to the landscape of the current market, leading into a predicted bounce in house prices by mid 2021.

Your network has been undertaking an aggressive contact generation strategy throughout 2020. Through a number of sources, we are delivering qualified contacts directly to members.

Our search engine marketing ads are encouraging people to get a property appraisal from their local First National office.

Our property appraisal landing pages and emails give potential contacts the option to receive either an in-person, or a virtual appraisal, to reflect the current environment.

In addition to our property appraisal email, we have also launched a sea change/tree change email. This coincides with our Sea Change/Tree Change social media campaign and is another medium through which we are generating more listings for your office.

In 2020 so far, we have received over 7,400 contacts that have been passed on to the network.
