VETDSSS Student of the Year in Engineering

Please join us in congratulating Fraser Maconachie, for receiving the VETDSSS Student of the Year Award In Engineering!

Fraser was presented with this award during the Bendigo TAFE Industry Excellence Awards last week, recognising him for his hard work and determination during his two year course.  

His attendance at VET each Wednesday was exemplary and he completed all his work to a high standard.  

Fraser took out the top honour above all other Engineering classes run by Bendigo TAFE and we are incredibly proud of him!

Fraser didn't just receive a certificate for his efforts, he was also awarded an arc welder!

Which, for a student who wants to be a mechanical engineer, is indeed a great tool to have!
