5 / 6 FA- NEWSLETTER ITEM WEEK 4- TERM 1 2022

During Term 1, in Religion, 5/6  FA have been learning about Prayer. We explored the ideas of why people pray.  The places people pray, and the different ways people can pray. Students in 5/6 FA then examined the traditional prayers in the Catholic religion like the Our Father, Hail Mary and the Glory Be, as well as St Ignatius' Examen meditation prayer. Students were then given an opportunity to write their own personal prayers of thanks, forgiveness and petition.
