Signing in and out

Please sign in and out of school using the Kiosk in the front foyer.  It is very important to know who is onsite at any given time especially if we have an evacuation or lockdown incident.

Compass Reminder - if you are having difficulty accessing absentees etc please make sure you 'Open in Browser' which can be found in the drop down menu on the left hand side of your screen under the 3 horizontal lines.

3 Way Learning Conference (Parent, Student & Teacher) are on site and in person in 2022.

You will need to sign in at school via the Kiosk in the front foyer and enter the name of the teacher you are here to see before putting in your own details. This way the teacher receives a notification by phone and can meet you near the metal bench seats at the front of the school and take you to the classroom.

Compass Pay is here!   CompassPay is our payment and billing management system.

Please find all the information you need to sign up for Compass Pay in the link below. Using Compass Pay means you can give permission and pay for all sorts of events, excursions and sporting days in one place in Compass.  This has taken over from Qkr! for sport events and excursions.

Congratulations to everyone who has successfully given permission, offered to help via the tickboxes and made payment online for our Cross Country Event.  If you haven't managed to complete this task yet, please do this today as they are due tomorrow.

Compass pay has been so successful that we will no longer use Qkr (Quicker) for payments for this type of event.  We will continue to use Qkr for uniform items and school fees until we move to the full suite of options in Tech One.

School Fees

This term's fees are due by Thursday 31st March, 2022.  Thank you to all who have already paid and also to those who maintain regular payments.

Uniform/Qkr

If you pay for uniform items using Qkr, please send an email to quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au with details of items you have purchased and we will collect them and send them home with your child.

Working with children check

All parents who volunteer at school need to supply their WWCC and Date of Birth to enable us to verify the checks for our records.  If you are not sure if we have your details, please email Kate on quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au and she can check for you.

The Coolamon Challenge

Congratulations to Ryder and Alex C who were drawn out as last week's challenge winners. Here are the answers:

Primary - I have a tail and a head, but no body. What am I? A: a coin.

Infants - I am a type of animal, some say I have a long face. I’m very good at running fast, so people ride me in a race. What am I?  A: a horse.

This week's challenges are:

Primary - When Lisa was 6 years old, her sister Lucy was half her age. If Lisa is 40 years old today, how old is Lucy?

Infants - I am a one digit number. I am more than 3, but less than 9. I am the number of sides on two triangles. What am I?

10c Bottle, Can and Juice Box Donation Drive

A massive thank you is to be extended to Progress Rail for their donations at the beginning of the year. We have finally finished depositing all of the bottles and cans and were ecstatic to calculate a total of $350! Thank you so very much!

Our running total now, including the Progress Rail donations and our weekly Wednesday collection is $721.80. This is a fantastic effort from our school community - thank you and keep collecting!

Don't forget, Sports Day = Donation Day!

Don't forget to like us on Facebook and tell your family and friends about our page too!
