P&F Pie Drive
On behalf of the P&F thank you so much to all the families and friends of St Joseph's for the wonderful support of our Pie Drive - as a community we ordered $14,200 worth of pies.
A massive thank you to Rochelle & Randall Cashen, Robyn & Chris Lewis, Lizzie Newberry, Melanie Singleton, Renee Devine and Alicia Howell for their hard work in organising and distributing over more than 1,100 pies and baked goods. The P&F made $2,841. We hope you all enjoy your delicious purchases. Well done everyone!
School Photos
School Photo Day is tomorrow - Tuesday 25th July. All students need to wear their full school winter uniform, including a tie, with shoes polished. Hair is to be neat and tidy with long hair beyond the shoulders tied back with a plain tie or school coloured ribbon (navy or gold/yellow).
Book Week Parade & Grandparents Day
Grandparents are invited to join us on Friday 25th August to watch the Book Week Character Parade commencing at 10:00am and stay and have morning tea with their grandchild/ren out on the lawn. Please bring morning tea to share with your grandchild/ren. Following the Book Week Parade, books will be available for purchase from the The Ashton Scholastic Book Fair in the Library.

P&F Meeting
Our next P&F meeting will be held on Tuesday 8th August at 5:30pm in the staffroom. All parents and friends are welcome to attend.
Father's Day Breakfast
Our Father's Day Breakfast will be held on Friday 1st September at 8am. This event is for all dads, grandads and special friends to attend with your children. Please RSVP to the office on 6766 4079 or email kdewhurst@arm.catholic.edu.au for catering purposes. We are also seeking donations of eggs for the BBQ which can be dropped off at the office.
Father's Day Stall
Student's will have the opportunity to purchase a special gift for dad through the P & F Stall. The stall will be open on Friday 1st September. This year the P & F will have a 2 gift maximum purchase per student. An order form will be sent home with students later this week.
Stage 3 Lake Burrendong Excursion
Our Stage 3 students and staff will be travelling to Lake Burrendong for their excursion on Wednesday 15th November to Friday 17th December 2023.
Parents should have received a Compass Event notification which will include excursion details, consent and payment options. The cost for each student is $400.
Payments can be made via EFTPOS or cash to the school, or via BPay. BPay details can be found at the bottom of your school fee statement. Final payment is due Friday 2nd November.

School Fees
Thank you to those families/carers for your ongoing support of St Joseph's Primary School and prompt payment of school fees. Term 2 fees were due Friday, 30th June. Term 3 fees will be issues shortly.
Payment options are indicated on the bottom section of your statement. By choosing the Bpay form of payment, you are able to set up a payment plan. You can stop, start or change it to suit your requirements. You can also view and pay your fees through the Compass Parent Portal. We continue to accept cash and have EFTPOS facilities available at the school.
All canteen, clothing pool and uniform purchases will continue to use QKR.
