P&F Dates to Remember

Wednesday 21st June – School Disco.

Prep and Juniors 5pm – 6.30pm / Middles and Seniors 6.30pm – 8.00pm  

Please drop off students at the main doors to our school hall and pick them up from the side doors on the decking area.

 Please send drink bottles along with your children, we will be providing Hot Chips and Primas and can refill water bottles also as needed.

If you need to stay please let our P&F team know in advance. A reminder also that no photography of any kind is permitted at this event, we will have wonderful St Bs teachers and staff on hand to capture the night for us all.

Friday 23rd June – End of Term Frog in a Pond and Bake Sale – to be sold at 2nd play.

P&F will be sure to provide plenty of Frog in a Ponds (they have proven to be super popular at our previous sales)

Bake sale donations are welcomed and greatly appreciated. These can be dropped off at the office on Friday 23rd in the morning.  

Due to the change of eating times and us working through those logistics we will hold off on a sausage sizzle and look forward to putting one on for the kids sometime in Term 3.

P&F News

We have been very busy behind the scenes supporting Miss Mel and the St Bs team on some exciting new projects around our school.

We can’t wait to share the details as they are available and want to say THANK YOU for all of your continued support with our P&F initiatives across the year.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT – October 2023

Preparations are well under way for our Parents Night Out for 2023. We are in the process of securing a local venue and finalising arrangements for the night and hope to share these with you early in Term 3. It is set to be a super fun night!

Ladies Race Day, Saturday 11th November 2023.

Following some really great interest and to ensure we can include as many people as possible, we are moving our ladies Race Day.

Our Ladies Day Out will now be locally in Gisborne on Saturday 11th November, fancy frocks and headpieces remain our theme of the day.

Further details will come as we have them confirmed.

It is sure to be a fabulous day out so be sure to SAVE THE DATE!

Your P&F team are so excited to be bringing The Colour Run back to St Brigid’s in Term 4!
