Week 9 Term 2

Dear Parents and Carers,

 

This is the last week of Term Two and it has gone by so quickly.

 

Thank you to my dedicated staff who are continuously seeking improvement in all areas of school life, especially caring for and supporting your children with their learning to be the best people they can be.

 

Thank you to all the parents who support St Fidelis in many ways. Thank you to the students who bring St Fidelis School alive. Without them, a school is just a building of bricks and mortar.

Year 4 First Eucharist

Yesterday was a very reverent and memorable occasion in the lives of our Year 4 students. Thank you to Fr Linh, the Year 3/4 teachers, Mrs Annette Gasbarro (Religious Education Leader) and to all the families for making yesterday a very special and joyous day. 

Year 5/6 Camp

Thank you to all the staff that attended the Year 5/6 camp last week. The students had a marvellous time making special memories forever. We look forward to seeing lots of photos and hearing about their adventures. 

Increased Illnesses and COVID-19 cases

This reminder to all parents and carers to remain vigilant with keeping their children home if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms. We also ask you to test for COVID-19 and keep the children home if they test positive. This will assist with not spreading the virus through the school community. The teachers have been asked to remind the children to exercise safe hygiene, regular hand washing and sanitising. 

End Of Term Two 

Term Two will conclude this Friday, June 23rd at 1:00 pm. THEIRCARE  will be open from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm for families that require this service. 

Term Two - School Fees 

Thank you to the parents and carers who have already paid their School Fees in full or have paid the first instalment for this year. The second instalment for 2023 was due last week, Friday, June 16th.  If you can, please organise payment as soon as you can as the end of term is this week. Our school does rely on school fees for many recurrent costs so prompt payment is appreciated. 

 

The office is open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm each day if you would like to pay in person.

If you prefer to pay by direct debit, please use the bank details below. If any families need to discuss alternative arrangements for the payment of fees, please contact me directly.
