Have you moved enough today?? 

‘Get your move on’ is a campaign from the Victorian Government to ensure our kids are getting enough daily exercise. This is something to consider as we move into our chilly and often wet, Winter break.

 

There are many benefits to being active and getting your move on, but a lot of our kids aren’t moving enough. 15 minutes 4 times a day is all it takes. Whatever gets them moving, gets them active.

 

It is important that children and young people get their move on to develop healthy habits for life.

 

The Victorian Government is committed to improving physical activity in all Victorians to improve health, wellbeing and educational outcomes.
