School Cleaning

Commencing Tuesday 26th May

To support the return of students to school, schools are to receive an extended cleaning program based on progressive cleaning throughout the day to ensure that risks of transmission are reduced for high touch surfaces.

 

This scope of works includes a focus on disinfecting high touch points and surfaces including:

  • doors (door handles, handrails and guardrails)
  • kitchenettes including sinks
  • drinking troughs and fountains
  • student tables, chairs and lockers
  • electrical fixtures and appliances (switches, printers, photocopiers, fridges etc)
  • classroom waste bins
  • teaching and non-teaching area floors (hard floors and soft floors)
  • entry and exit points, shared surfaces including chairs and desks, bench tops, hand sanitising units, drinking troughs and fountains
  • bathrooms (including toilets, washbasins, soap dispensers)
  • high-touch areas in playground

We have also stocked up on our supplies of hand sanitiser and personal hygiene products including soap, toilet paper, spray disinfectant etc.) and will be ensuring a strict and regular personal hygiene process is adhered to by all staff and students who are onsite.
