Heritage College Visits Dandenong Filipino Church

The Narre campus band and the Heritage College Primary combined choir performed last Sabbath at the Dandenong Filipino SDA Church. Miss Wold and band led the congregation in Praise and Worship that morning. Mrs Jackson, Miss Kammerman and Mrs Steplewski guided a combined choir that presented two wonderful pieces of music.

Mrs Millien shared a powerful kid’s story that challenged the kids to be very careful about what they say to one another - words can hurt. Pr Lagi reminded everyone in his sermon about the importance of being a messenger of God, “You are the message people see, smell, and read.” At the end of the service the students and their families were invited to stay for a fellowship lunch that was provided by the staff & parents of Heritage College and members of the Church.

Special thank you to all the staff, students and their families who helped us on the day, and to Dandenong Filipino church for your hospitality.

Heritage College Open Night Thursday, 12th September - Save the date!

As a current family of Heritage College, we invite you to attend the Heritage College Open Night at Officer campus on Thursday, 12th September. Our last Open Night provided an opportunity for families from both campus locations to come together for the evening. Be entertained by the Heritage College band, explore the secondary campus and enjoy food from our canteen and food trucks on site. There will be activities too - the little ones will love the jumping castle and visiting the animal farm, whilst the older ones can try the challenging rock wall.

Join us next Thursday, 12th September 2019 from 6pm – 8pm at Heritage College Officer Campus, 66 Starling Road, Officer.

If you’re a current family of the College, there’s no need to register - simply come for a great night and show your support!
