Introducing our School Captains

School Captains

Hey, my name is Harshitha and I’m one of your School Captains for 2020!

I’m super excited to be in this role this year and want you all to know that I’m super friendly and love to help out and participate, so if you need help or advice with anything, I’m here for you! I really enjoy school and learning and my favourite subjects are Music and Japanese. I show all the school values by owning up to my actions, good or bad. I am kind and don’t make others feel left out, I keep going if I ‘fall off the horse’ and I listen to others when they need me to. I also love to play sports such as volleyball and aerobics. I really love SSPS and will always try my best to make sure all of you feel included and happy at our school.

Greetings, my name is Jayden and I am thrilled to be your new school captain for 2020!

I would like to inform you about some of my qualities so you will be able to know a bit more about me.  I absolutely adore art. I have been drawing since I was four and I have joined quite a vast amount of art classes spanning from Glen Waverley to Vermont. One of my greatest achievements in this subject is how my Flinders Street Station drawing was sent to Box Hill Town Hall for an art exhibition. In 2019, I was also selected to create the class painting which was used as a fundraiser. I hope to continue with art in my future so that I can stay true to my passion!

I look forward to working with you in the future and I would be delighted to make your future brighter than the sun!

Vice School Captains

Hi, my name is Aisha and I am one of the Vice Captains for 2020. My family consists of my Mum, Dad, older sister Farah, and my pet cat. During my leisure time I enjoy doing a variety of things such as playing netball, drawing, baking and last but not least playing video games (specifically minecraft). I adore lots of things including Harry Potter, Disney, cats and finally, friends.

In one word I would describe myself as quirky. I do lots of peculiar things but that is what makes me me. I have a kind heart and possess a bubbly personality. I have the ability to work with anybody, no matter their gender or age, a quality that I cherish.

This year I am happy to be your vice captain and looking forward to working with all of you!

Hi, I’m Charlie, and I’m one of your Vice School Captains. I’ve been at this school ever since prep which was almost 7 years ago. I was so excited when I got vice school captain. I love helping people and putting smiles on their faces. Outside of school, I do other activities such as tennis, little athletics and scouts. These activities help me with my communication. Inside of school, my favourite subjects are art, Japanese, reading and last but not least inquiry. My strengths are talking in public, helping others and sorting problems out. Hopefully you know more about me now. Thanks for reading!
