Program News
As we approach the end of the school year, I would like to wish all our International Students, their families and host families a very Merry Christmas and a well-deserved relaxing break over the summer holidays. It has again been a very difficult year for our students as we have negotiated moving back and forth between on-site learning and learning from home. I must congratulate all our students on their resilience and self-motivation throughout the year, especially those who have been apart from their families for almost two years. I especially wish to congratulate our two graduating students Zijing (Jack) YU and Duy (Bruce) NGUYEN. Their commitment and determination to complete their VCE studies and achieve their best is to be commended. A final thank you to Mrs Tsuey-Ming Hau and all the Reservoir High School staff who make studying at our school such a memorable and enjoyable experience for our International Students.
Ms Christine Farrugia
International Student Coordinator
As an International Student, Reservoir High provides an extremely diverse community for us to join in and feel welcomed. In the six years of school time, the EAL programme helped to encourage the foreign students to become familiar with the content that they learn in English as well as their own language. I will never forget the time and experience I’ve had at Reservoir High School and the people I have met there. Overall, I appreciate everything that teachers, friends and family have done for me to get through these six years, because without any of them, I wouldn't be able to be where I am today. Thank you'.
