A Healthy Minestrone

Year 8 Home Economics students prepared a healthy minestrone. We learnt about the importance of preparing our food from fresh ingredients, how a vegetable-based diet provides many health benefits and how a dish made predominantly from vegetables can be so delicious!

The Connectedness 

Year 10 Home Economics students prepared a healthy breakfast bowl by choosing from a range of ancient grains, fresh and dried fruits, yogurt, juice, milks and seeds.

We sat down as a class to experience the “connectedness” we enjoy when we dine together.
