Rollins PS  Concert 2019

General Concert Information

This year’s school concert will be held on Thursday 5 September.

The theme for the night is animals and will be called ‘Roaring Rollins’.

In our attempt to keep costs down for our families we will be staging our concert at

The Geelong Baptist College Auditorium.

We understand there may be some teething issues as this is the first time we have used this location but we will look forward to a smooth and successful night.

Doors will be open no earlier than 6:30 pm with a 7:00 pm start.

ENTRY PRICES:

The prices of Concert Tickets are as follows:

This year we will be again using the online ticketing system Trybooking to purchase tickets.

Tickets will be available (depending on availability) to purchase on the night, however, these will be at the price of $20 for an adult and $10 for children. If you require your tickets to be purchased and printed at the office, this will incur a $2 surcharge per ticket. Please follow the link below to secure your seats.

Tickets available from https://www.trybooking.com/533056

Raffle

As per previous years, we will be conducting a raffle, which will be drawn at the concert.

All proceeds raised will be going towards our oval upgrade.

We hope that families will be able to support this fundraiser.

Raffle books have been sent home with the eldest student in each family.

All books are numbered and need to be accounted for.

Please return all tickets (even unsold tickets) and money to the office.

There is an option to pay for your tickets through Compass.

We have started collecting prizes but really need the help of the school community to assist with donations of quality raffle prizes. If you or a business you have a connection with is able to contribute an item it would be greatly appreciated.

Please see Sandy in the Office for more information.

As the concert gets closer more information will be sent home.

Thanks,

Sharni Oliver
