Off to a Great Start

We are thrilled to report that the year has started well.  The vibe in our building on any given day is electric; kids are engaged with their learning and the classes work collaboratively on a range of activities throughout the week.  Electives has been a big hit with the whole level and children love participating in a range of activities that offer new experiences and old favourites. 

We are really grateful to the parents and families that have been offering us some time volunteering, whether it's at the weekly Book Club sessions or helping out behind the scenes with tasks such as covering books.  We are always looking for ways to connect families to the school and we'll continue to use Compass as a way to keep parents updated.  Looking forward into Term Two, if you are free to support Book Club on a Monday afternoon please get in touch with your child's teacher.  The more helpers we have the better the experience for our children!
