Staughton College Radio

Testing! Testing! 1 - 2 - 3!

Stage 2 of our radio program at Staughton College has been completed. The introduction of production on radio is here and is open to all our students.  Maybe you aren’t cut out for radio or you're shy... but you have a voice like Barry White or you are a computer whiz - well, this is for you!

This room can also be used as a teaching source for recording oral presentations without no background noise and will be recorded at high quality on a MP3 Format.

Music teachers can record their students playing instruments and singing and have it recorded in the best quality on MP3.

Information Technology will be using the Production Room for computer production, creating jingles and promo’s, or even try out making advertisements for radio.

Our radio students will be recording voice overs for promo’s and ID’s for their shows.

This Production Room can be utilised and be beneficial for our students in so many ways.  Students might find their next career choice and getting hands on experience before actually going to an expensive course to be a Sound Engineer.

Our thanks for this Production Room goes to Paul Mentha and the Maintenance Team at Staughton College for their time and effort.
