Election Day BBQ - Thanks!

Election day fundraiser!

Thanks to everyone who helped out with our election day fundraiser last Saturday.

Just like at the federal election fundraiser, we had some people who stopped by who had already voted elsewhere, but wanted to buy a democracy sausage, egg and bacon roll with relish, or some freshly baked goods.

Thanks as always to all the helpers on the BBQ and cake stall roster led by Ange and Marianne, and to all the people who baked delicious goods to sell on the day. Thanks also  to our generous community sponsors:

- North Cafeteria – major sponsor for incredible donation of homemade tomato relish, eggs and bacon. Thank you, Meg!

Around $5000 was raised for the school. Fun fact: We sold nearly 90kg of beef halal sausages!!
