Learning and Teaching 

Dear Parents,

I welcome you all to the St Joseph’s Learning and Teaching Community this year, where everybody flourishes in 2023! 

This term our Faith Based Inquiry concept is PARTICIPATION. Here are our big questions for Term One:

Prep -" God calls us to be engaged members of the world, so in what ways can I participate, stay healthy and grow with others being me?"

1/2 - "How do our Catholic values inspire and allow us to be active participants in our community?"

3/4 - "How can we encourage community participation of all and as active citizens work to create a more just and fair world that reflects the teachings of the gospel?" 

5/6 - "How do we as Catholics, contribute to a just and fair world?"

We are excited to continue our partnership with MACS (Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools) in the Mathematics Intensive Partnership, where we aim to develop teacher capacity in pedagogical practices to improve all students' engagement and growth. 

We are looking forward to sharing our learning and teaching!
